With CrowdDJ playing throughout the studio, you can choose to play your favourite music videos from your Spotify playlist or queue a song on the CrowdDJ kiosk.

The Functional Training Zone is a training area that features an array of innovative equipment designed to maximize your workout and deliver fast results. With an emphasis on functional training, this space is comprised of several exercise stations and equipment designed to condition your body for the activities performed in daily life.

Offering both free use or scheduled classes. Weekly workouts are posted to give you motivation and guidance.

Group Cycling Studio

Our Group Cycling Studio is available for scheduled SPIN classes or workout out when it suits you with Virtual SPIN and RPM classes available on demand.

The benefits of Spinning:

Weight loss – a single spinning class can burn at least 500 calories, which can help you shed the kgs. Doing this class as little as twice a week could up your calorie burn and help you to lose weight. But the even more beneficial thing about spinning for weight loss, is that even after you have hopped off the bike, you will still be burning more calories than normal, hours later.

Improve cardiovascular health – Spin classes include both endurance and cardiovascular training, so heart health and lung capacity are some of the most obvious benefits from taking up these classes. For example, as you work harder in spinning you will learn to control your breathing. This can help to control anxiety and lower your heart rate.

Build muscle tone – Spinning can help you to build muscle tone, especially in the core and lower body. When you pedal, you will work your calves and thighs; and, if you sit in the correct position on the bike then you will begin to work your abs. Obviously, if you put more effort into the workout and pedal faster you will burn fat faster, but when you pedal slower, with a higher tension (uphill), you will begin to work your muscles.

Stress reliever – It is a well-known fact that exercise helps to reduce stress but in particular, spinning can be a more efficient class for stress relief than other classes. This is because spinning is an intense workout, but it is also a class where you can socialise and meet like-minded people. So, not only do you get a good workout, but you get to enjoy it while you’re doing it!

Each piece of equipment will remember your individual program, display your seat adjustments, number of sets and load.

The touchscreens will coach you through correct range of motion and count your reps for you.  You can then view your results from the kiosk or anywhere via the MyWellness App.

Pin Loaded and Free Weight Gym

Our main gym area is equipped with Hammer Strength & Nautilus Nitro pin loaded equipment and free weights.

CrowdDJ is also available to play your favourite songs and video clips.

Ladies Only Gym

This ladies only area has Nautilus Nitro pin loaded equipment, dumbbells, incline bench, stretching bands, barbells and weights.

With CrowdDJ playing in the background, you can choose from your smartphone or the kiosk the songs you want to hear and music video clips you want to see.

Our ladies only gym is located in a separate section of the gym with access to females only to allow you privacy and comfort while you workout.

Free Indoor/Outdoor Creche Area

Our Creche and Kids Club is a FREE service offered to members.

Children are well catered for in the mornings between the hours of 9:00am and 11:30am Monday to Saturday.

An evening creche is available between 5:00pm – 7:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

The Creche boasts an indoor and outdoor area where the children can play with a selection of toys and activities, including outdoor area for bike/trike riding.

Jodie, Rebecca and Hannah are constantly supervising the children so you can relax and enjoy your workout.
