If you haven’t yet joined a gym near home as you have a young family to look after, well, we’re sorry to say, that is no longer an excuse when you join Benefitness & Health Centre! We offer a free indoor & outdoor crèche centre for our members to use between 9:00am and 11:30am Monday to Saturday, and between 5:00pm and 7:00pm Monday to Wednesday. Our crèche has a selection of toys and activities for the kids to enjoy inside, and an area for bike or trike riding outside! The kids will be supervised at all times, so you can enjoy your workout in peace knowing they are being well looked after and entertained! For those who require motivation from an energetic instructor, we run more than 45 fitness classes every week, with everything from relaxing BodyBalance to upbeat Zumba! If you’re more of a night owl, you can come in and take advantage of our virtual fitness classes!

For those aged 50 years and over, our Strength for Life Program is designed to create and opportunity for older members to engage in tailored strength training sessions, to increase mental and physical quality of life, improve balance, mobility and flexibility, and tackle health conditions associated with excess weight and reduced movement. For members wanting to break unhealthy habits, change your mindset or simply be part of a team, our 8 week challenges are designed to push you to your limits to transform your mind and body from the outside in. You can even add extra support packages with personal training or nutritional plans.
