I have been a master trainer since 2016. Soon after qualifying I became a part of a gym where I was involved in personal training and running the Functional Fit program. I was there for just over a year before I went travelling the world.

  4. Want to track your progress? Simply step on the smart scales in the gym and information such as bone mass, fat, muscle and body water % will be uploaded to your phone instantly.
  5. Need some motivation? Our trainers are creating exciting and fun club workouts for you to participate in all the time.
  6. Can I create my own workout plan and log it? Of course, there’s hundreds of exercises, activities, group fitness classes and pieces of equipment to choose from.  You can even link it to most fitness trackers such as a Fitbit.
  7. What about nutrition? The Benefitness app allows you to track calories, carbohydrates, fat and proteins effortlessly via our food library or barcode scanning.
  8. Is there more? Yes!!! And its FREE for all Benefitness members.

Strength for Life Program 50+

This over 50’s program is designed to create an opportunity for the older adult to engage in affordable and high quality strength training sessions. Just some of the many benefits include:

  • Increased quality of life both physically and mentally
  • Increased capacity for daily activities
  • Improved mobility, flexibility, and balance
  • Decreased health conditions such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis and depression.

Classes are run 3 times a week, always fun and under the supervision of our wonderful trainer Lisa.
