Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.  This is a coached program, and you are committing to a minimum of 12 weeks.  This is a paid extra class.  Please see reception about payment options for you.

The perfect class for complete newbies, beginners building basic strength or those cleared to return to exercise after recovering from injury or surgery. Easing back into things? Come join a Fundamentals class for your Reformer Introduction Session! (60 mins)
